Refreshing Cilantro Green Smoothie for Detox and Healing

Cilantro has numerous health benefits including the ability to detox heavy metals as effectively, if not more, than drugs. It has a unique taste and smell, and you either love it or hate it! But hear me out, it is for your best health, that you consider making this refreshing cilantro green smoothie.

Health Benefits of Cilantro

Cilantro (also known as Coriander) is known to reduce toxic levels of heavy metals such as mercury, lead, and aluminum from our bodies. It also provides antioxidant benefits.

Cilantro Green Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is one of my favorites to have daily, and I promise you will appreciate it after seeing the glow on your skin! It is incredibly simple to make.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Organic Fresh Cilantro

1 Medium Organic Cucumber

1 Cups Organic Baby Spinach (or Kale.)

5 Organic Mint Leaves

2 Cups of Water

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend until smooth. The consistency of this is more like a juice.

This smoothie has an incredible green color and has a surprisingly mild taste. It is soothing and delicious whilst providing healing detoxification benefits to our bodies.
