The Paleo Diet was created to mimic foods that our paleolithic ancestors would consume, before there was mass agriculture. On this premise, it usually exclude grains, mass produced sterilized dairy, and focus instead, on the consumption of fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds, healthy cold pressed oils, pastured poultry and eggs, and pastured meats. Also, eating wild meats, and plants, as much as possible.
It is life beyond just the Paleo Diet. It involves learning to regulate your circadian rhythm so your body can heal, and regenerate. Exposing your body to the sun, and grounding via bare feet on the earth. Another aspect is getting movement in on a daily basis. But not just a gym session at the end of a long day of sitting in front of a computer. But instead, incorporating movement all day, just like your ancestors have done.
