Acupuncture is an alternative Chinese healing technique whereby very thin needles are inserted along your “energy” meridians. This allows for re-balancing of your energy flow. Acupuncture was traditionally complemented with herbal medicine to relieve disease symptoms and chronic pain.

In a word, NO. The needles are very tiny, and when inserted you will feel a pinch, like a mosquito’s bite. After the treatment, you may be sore, and feel physically fatigued, for the first 24 hours.

Should I do Acupuncture Treatment

Acupuncture can be used to re-balance your energy flow, and clear blockages, on a regular basis, even if you have not manifested any major illnesses as yet. It can be used as a preventative as well as a maintenance alternative treatment.
