Link Between Nipple Stimulation and Hormones

Is there a link between nipple stimulation and your hormones?

Nipple stimulation and breast massages are basic and simple practices used in Tao Tantra that activates your endocrine glands to release hormones and results in naturally balancing your hormones.

Pineal Gland

The pineal gland releases melatonin, and controls serotonin. These hormones are crucial in regulating your circadian rhythm, bolstering your immune system, and controlling your reproductive hormones. In Tao Tantric practices, you may massage your nipples, and pull the energy generated up your spine, to stimulate your pineal gland and release these hormones.

Pituitary Gland

Your pituitary gland releases many hormones including the thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) which regulates the thyroid gland. It also releases Growth Hormones which aid in the the repair of bones, muscles, and organs. Other hormones secreted includes ACTH, FSH, LH, and ADH. Two other hormones directly connected to breast are Prolactin, and Oxytocin.

Thyroid Gland

The thyroid gland releases multiple hormones and imbalances leads to auto immune diseases, weight issues, and lack of energy. In the chakra system, this “throat chakra” is also responsible for your ability to express yourself creatively.

Thymus Gland

This gland is responsible for producing T Cells which aids in the destruction of infections and cancer cells. The amount of T Cell production wanes as you get older. In Tao Tantra, you can stimulate this gland via nipple stimulation into producing more TCells thereby enhancing your immune system.

Pancreas

In the chakra system, your solar plexus, which is where your pancreas is located, stores stress, negativity and imbalances in this chakra results in low self esteem, digestive disorders, and aggressive behavior.

Nipple stimulation can help release tension in this chakra, and restore balance giving you more confidence, and a sense of purpose.

Find a private, quiet space, sit in the lotus position or on a chair if that is more comfortable, spine straight, eyes closed, with your hands resting on your thighs.

Take five deep long breaths in and out to relax. Return to a normal breath, as you use your hands to massage the tips of your nipples. Continue until you have built up energy, (which you may start feeling at the base of your spine, or also in your uterus for women), and now take a deep breath while drawing that energy up your spine to your brain. Release the breath, relax for a few seconds, and continue taking deep breaths while drawing the energy up your spine. Repeat three more times, and relax.

With continual daily practice, you will start to feel the stimulation of the pineal gland, and thyroid gland as they release their hormones.

In time, you will feel energy pulsating throughout your body and will experience the ecstatic body release of hormones.
