Spiced Salmon Recipe For Paleo, Whole30, Keto, Mediterranean Diets.

SALMON IS DELICIOUS

Salmon is incredibly delicious and provides numerous health benefits. It has even been touted as the new “steak.”

OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS

Salmon is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which is protective against coronary artery disease (CAD). A recent study conducted on Italians reported that the consumption of 700mg of omega 3 fatty acids, from a fish source, reduced the mortality from CAD by 20%.

SALMON NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS

Salmon also provides other vitamins such as Vitamin B, and Vitamin D as well as a high protein content. However, the health benefits of salmon may be erased by the contamination levels of Farmed Salmon. To reap the maximum health benefits of Salmon, be sure to eat wild caught salmon. Vital Choice Seafoods provides a variety of wild salmon, and they deliver directly to your home.
