Healthy Whole Carbohydrates to Reduce Cortisol Level

A 2019 Study demonstrated how adding healthy whole carbohydrates foods dampens the effects of cortisol responsiveness in your body. So what carbohydrate foods should you be adding to naturally alleviate cortisol production?

Whole Grains such as Steel Cut Oats, Old Fashioned Oats, Ancient Grains such Barley, BuckWheat etc.

Whole Organic Fruits, and Organic Vegetables.
