This is an incredibly difficult time for all of us. Our investments have eroded, our jobs and businesses are at risk, and uncertainties abound. Know that this too shall pass. 

Most people will do those things that are easy but do not lead to growth. For example, you may be transfixed by the current news coverage, overeating, feeling crushed, and defeated, while enduring palpitating anxiety at an uncertain future.

Imagine yourself, a decade from now, when you have recovered both emotionally and financially from the devastating effects of Covid-19, reflecting on this time at home with your family or friends.
